As the Commercial Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing the national policy of the company regarding business development, profitability, and representation in the geographical area assigned to you. Your primary mission will be to ensure the growth and presence of Meilleurtaux franchises in your designated area across a wide range of services offered by Meilleurtaux.

You will be responsible for the commercial performance of your territory. To achieve this, you must increase the revenue of the dedicated geographical area while protecting the interests of the Meilleurtaux brand and its clients.

Your Key Responsibilities :

National Policy Deployment:

- Ensure representation and increase Meilleurtaux's market share in your assigned area.

- Efficiently animate and coordinate the network of agencies and agents, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.

Commercial Development:

- Share and disseminate best practices and tools available to promote the commercial development of agencies.

- Develop and lead, alongside franchisees, an annual commercial action plan.

- Actively contribute to the growth of the "Borrower's Insurance" activity within your territory.

- Promote and facilitate the understanding of all available offers from Meilleurtaux for the network, with the support of expert services.

Partner Relations:

- Disseminate the national banking partnerships policy.

- Participate in local lobbying and relationship-building actions with banking networks.

- Encourage and support the development of a network of business referral partners.

Control:

- Ensure the dissemination, understanding, and implementation of applicable rules and directives across the network.

- Ensure active participation of your territory teams in contractually required training actions.

- Actively protect the reputation and recognition of the brand by conducting primary-level controls in accordance with established audit and compliance standards.

- Prepare points of sale for the annual audit and take action in case of non-compliance with rules or contracts.
