As Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role on the Executive Committee.
The Role
In the role of Commercial Director, you will take full ownership of the enterprise division's commercial P&L, defining strategy, leading a robust sales and account management team, and stimulating profitable growth across a complex portfolio of client relationships. As a crucial member of the Executive Committee, you will influence the company’s commercial strategy and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
What You'll Do
Manage the enterprise commercial P&L, encompassing revenue targets, margin performance, and cost of sales.
Lead a team of 25 professionals across enterprise sales, account management, and commercial operations, setting clear direction and enhancing capabilities.
Craft and execute a commercial strategy aimed at acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing partnerships.
Supervise significant contract renewals and negotiations for new business, ensuring personal engagement in high-value deals.
Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, and Finance teams to guarantee that commercial proposals are competitive, feasible, and profitable.
What We're Looking For
12–18 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position with P&L oversight.
Demonstrated history of driving revenue and margin growth in a large B2B enterprise setting with intricate, multi-year contracts.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to cultivate high-performing commercial teams and foster a culture of accountability.
Exceptional negotiation capabilities and executive presence, with comfort in engaging C-suite stakeholders.
