As Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role on the Executive Committee.

The Role

In the role of Commercial Director, you will take full ownership of the enterprise division's commercial P&L, defining strategy, leading a robust sales and account management team, and stimulating profitable growth across a complex portfolio of client relationships. As a crucial member of the Executive Committee, you will influence the company’s commercial strategy and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the enterprise commercial P&L, encompassing revenue targets, margin performance, and cost of sales.

  • Lead a team of 25 professionals across enterprise sales, account management, and commercial operations, setting clear direction and enhancing capabilities.

  • Craft and execute a commercial strategy aimed at acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing partnerships.

  • Supervise significant contract renewals and negotiations for new business, ensuring personal engagement in high-value deals.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, and Finance teams to guarantee that commercial proposals are competitive, feasible, and profitable.

What We're Looking For

  • 12–18 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position with P&L oversight.

  • Demonstrated history of driving revenue and margin growth in a large B2B enterprise setting with intricate, multi-year contracts.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to cultivate high-performing commercial teams and foster a culture of accountability.

  • Exceptional negotiation capabilities and executive presence, with comfort in engaging C-suite stakeholders.
