Join our dynamic team at Digital Bricks as a Commercial Executive specializing in SaaS solutions. This role is pivotal in driving our revenue growth through effective lead generation and client engagement strategies. You will be responsible for transforming Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through engaging virtual demonstrations of our innovative products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate leads via outbound campaigns including prospecting, emails, calls, and site visits to build relevant prospect lists.
- Gather comprehensive information about potential clients and identify those with the highest conversion potential.
- Schedule virtual meetings to showcase our services and products, aiming to convert MQLs to SQLs.
- Maintain and develop the assigned client portfolio, ensuring strong relationships and continuous growth.
- Promote and drive sales of our product and service portfolio with a focus on fieldwork (70%).
- Follow up with prospects until sales closures.
- Manage post-sale processes and client retention initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a professional graduate from International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant technical fields. The ideal candidate will possess the following commercial skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills to balance lead generation and qualification activities.
- Proven ability to initiate effective lead generation campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Persistence and determination in engaging with existing leads to maximize qualification efforts.
- Strong follow-up discipline and an up-to-date CRM management.
- Consultative capacity to identify client needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for commercial negotiations.
