About the Role:
The Commercial Experience Executive is a key member of the commercial experience team, directly reporting to the Commercial Experience Manager and stationed at an Experience Center. This role is vital for delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and manage walk-in customers, ensuring a warm greeting and efficient service.
- Gain a solid understanding of the CRM system and associated portals.
- Address customer inquiries at the experience center while striving to enhance their service experience.
- Uphold the highest quality standards for customer facilitation.
- Promote product upselling from the experience center.
- Initiate measures to enhance customer experience and minimize average wait/service time.
- Cultivate the confidence and humility necessary for serving valued customers.
- Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage customer retention efforts and minimize churn.
- Coordinate and follow up with various stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.
- Achieve assigned monthly adherence, service, and sales KPIs.
- Stay updated on current policies, procedures, promotions, products, and value-added services offered by Jazz.
