This strategic expansion is in response to sustained client demand, presenting a remarkable opportunity for a mid-level associate eager to enhance their lender-side expertise within a sophisticated commercial finance framework, with a clear trajectory for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with partners and engage directly with clients, representing both national and regional financial institutions.

  • Draft and negotiate various legal documents including credit agreements, security agreements, amendments, and real estate documentation.

  • Participate in restructurings and workouts.

  • Engage in syndicated credit facilities as well as cash flow and asset-based lending transactions.

  • Oversee acquisition financings and leveraged finance transactions, including structuring, documenting, and closing loan transactions.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in commercial finance.
