Join a leading global financial services firm specializing in the luxury retail sector as a Commercial Finance Business Partner in South West London. We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to support our COO for North & Central Europe in managing high-priority projects that align with both functional and cross-functional team objectives.
The role serves as a vital point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead special projects assigned by the COO and management to fulfill customer and team needs.
- Document and organize meeting notes, action items, and plans from executive meetings; actively participate in Team Meetings/MBRs, take notes, and follow up on outstanding agenda items.
- Engage in regular conference calls and onsite meetings to facilitate the continuous flow of information regarding open issues and ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with the COO’s teams to develop centralized resources essential for running a high-performing, scalable business.
- Coordinate efforts among internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure project success.
- Provide meaningful insights to various departments by collaborating with global team members and Heads of Departments.
- Conduct process analysis and produce detailed requirement documentation for internal use or client review.
- Implement a client relationship strategy in line with the COO's guidance, focusing on key issues, opportunities, and stakeholder engagement.
- Enhance each relationship by understanding the client's strategic goals and objectives.
