Key Responsibilities:Service and maintain a variety of HVAC units, including split package, residential styles, mini-splits, VAVs, and AHUs. Utilize a multi-meter for voltage checks. Apply brazing techniques using a torch. Prepare work orders and estimate material costs. Assist in training junior technicians in mechanical repair methods. Essential Skills:Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative. Proficient in reading schematic diagrams. Understanding of the Refrigeration cycle with mechanical troubleshooting capabilities. Commitment to workplace safety and proper usage of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the maintenance, repair, installation, and operation of commercial heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems. Current Licensed Journeyman with EPA Certification.
