Kriya is on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic VP Commercial to spearhead the growth of our premier Invoice Finance products. This pivotal leadership position will involve overseeing the P&L, crafting a robust go-to-market strategy, and scaling a high-performing commercial team.
In this role, you will adeptly balance hands-on deal-making with team leadership, personally securing major agreements while mentoring your team and refining our sales processes. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire commercial lifecycle: from attracting new clients to managing strategic accounts, ensuring we not only win significant merchants but also foster their long-term growth. A key aspect of this position is to forge trusted, enduring partnerships with both direct clients and broker partners, enhancing our reputation as the market's preferred partner.
You will collaborate closely with various teams across the organization (including Risk, Compliance, and Product) to refine our offerings based on market insights and ensure we maintain a competitive edge in the dynamic regulatory landscape. We are seeking a proven leader with a track record in launching and scaling complex financial products, who thrives in a high-energy, target-driven environment, and is passionate about nurturing and developing exceptional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market commercial strategy, gaining an in-depth understanding of our target customers and markets.
- Take ownership of revenue targets and P&L for the Invoice Finance division.
- Foster a culture of high performance through defined objectives and KPI tracking.
- Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of prospective client organizations, from strategic C-level executives to operational staff.
- Lead the Account Management team in executing initiatives that enhance customer retention, streamline operations, and boost client satisfaction.
- Identify and leverage new growth opportunities.
- Act as a player-coach, mentoring junior team members while driving overall target achievement.
- Design scalable internal sales processes to meet our ambitious goals and continually improve efficiency.
