We are looking for a Commercial Operations Analyst to support our Sales and Finance teams in a high-visibility capacity. You will play an essential role in structuring complex deals while ensuring a seamless customer experience. We seek a proactive individual who is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment, someone who takes initiative and values collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning.
As part of a supportive, mission-driven team, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Controllership, Order Processing, and Accounts Receivable. You will receive training, mentorship, and resources to help you succeed, and we will rely on you to take ownership of your work, move initiatives forward, and proactively resolve challenges as they arise.

What You’ll Do
Location: 4 days a week (Tuesday-Friday) in-office at Axon Hub Location
- Structure and support complex commercial deals across key accounts, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure efficient delivery and accurate financial outcomes.
- Maintain accuracy in Salesforce CRM, including custom contract terms, pricing, and discounting, utilizing Salesforce CPQ extensively.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Axon’s product catalog, bundles, pricing structures, and approval processes, becoming a trusted resource for Sales on deal formats, non-standard quote requests, Excel supplements, and custom reporting.
- Analyze existing customer contracts to identify performance obligations, proactively flag risks or gaps, and ensure proper compliance and performance.
