Working Hours: 8 am to 4 pm, 5 days a week, including weekends.

Our gardens reflect Mrs. Greville's intention to impress her guests with lavish displays, and guided tours are available throughout the summer and weekends in winter.
Key Responsibilities: Your passion for food and commitment to providing outstanding service will drive you to prepare delicious dishes using the National Trust Cookbook framework. You will focus on maximizing income opportunities while minimizing waste and managing resources. Your keen attention to detail will ensure that each dish is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
To achieve this, maintaining our kitchens to the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene and COSHH regulations is essential. You will collaborate effectively with your team to deliver excellent results and may supervise volunteers on occasion.
