Your schedule will feature flexible time slots:
Start time: between 6 AM and 11 AM
End time: between 2 PM and 7 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth production processes while adhering to the standards of Sushi Gourmet, Sushi Market, and Izakaya.
- Prepare a variety of our signature dishes, including sushi, makis, californias, and spring rolls.
- Master all recipes and preparation techniques.
- Set up refrigeration units and food preparations efficiently.
- Comply with HACCP hygiene regulations.
- Conduct daily checks on product expiration dates in display cases and refrigerators.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stand, including regular cleaning and restocking.
- Organize and manage stock levels.
