Your Role

As a higher education intern in our Communications department, you will be closely involved in various projects for organizations within our social collective. Your work will alternate between our offices in Rotterdam or Vlaardingen and remote work from home.

You will assist in developing content for social media, which is a crucial aspect of our labor market communication. Your creative ideas and ability to produce visual and textual content (e.g., via Canva) will play a vital role in enhancing the online presence of our organizations.

Equally important is managing internal communications through our intranet (SharePoint), where you will regularly post news updates on behalf of various support departments such as Finance, ICT, and HR. Additionally, you will contribute to organizing both internal and external meetings.

Your responsibilities include:

Internal and External Communication: Supporting the development of communication materials (crafting texts and producing images). The intranet is a key channel for our internal communication (SharePoint). Regular email newsletters will also need to be designed using Spotler.
Content Creation: Generating creative ideas for visual content (such as posts, stories, videos) that resonate with our target audiences.
Producing Visual Materials: Assisting in creating various visual communications that effectively convey our messages.
