Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic Community & Growth Manager to lead Flo's engagement on Reddit and within the wider ecosystem of trusted, earned channels. This role blends community management with growth marketing, and will shape how Flo is viewed, recommended, and chosen in key decision-making spaces.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Flo's earned channel strategy on Reddit, closed communities (Quora, Facebook groups, Discord, forums), and third-party review platforms.
- Engage daily with the Reddit community , addressing organic mentions, competitive discussions, and sensitive topics with the agility these platforms require.
- Create response playbooks in collaboration with Legal, Medical, and PR teams.
- Implement community-driven initiatives: AMAs, feedback threads, and user advocacy programs.
- Establish a structured user testimonials program as a key acquisition asset.
- Transform community feedback into actionable insights for Product and Communications teams.
What We Expect From You
- 4-6 years of experience in community management, growth marketing, or earned media.
- Strong understanding of Google SERP techniques and the role community platforms like Reddit and Quora play in driving organic visibility.
- Hands-on experience with Reddit , deep platform fluency is a must.
- Sound judgment in navigating sensitive areas: health topics, privacy concerns, and negative brand narratives.
- Analytical mindset, able to connect community signals to business outcomes.
- Proven ability to build systems and scale operations rather than just executing tasks.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
