About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Community Manager to cultivate and expand the Peec community while bringing our brand to life through impactful real-world experiences. In this position, you will take charge of our event and community strategy in Berlin, orchestrating high-caliber gatherings, brand activations, and partnerships that unite founders, marketers, and operators to explore the future of search and AI. Collaborating closely with Growth and Marketing, you will ensure that every initiative fortifies our brand, builds long-lasting community equity, and fosters meaningful relationships with individuals shaping modern marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Peec’s event and community strategy in Berlin, transforming our brand into a tangible presence.
Design and implement bold, high-quality experiences, ranging from curated partner dinners to prominent brand activations.
Develop and scale a Peec Ambassador Program that activates local power users and advocates.
Oversee our conference presence from start to finish, including booth design, side events, partnerships, and on-site experiences.
Collaborate closely with Growth and Marketing to ensure every initiative drives brand depth, pipeline growth, and long-term community equity.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in events, community management, partnerships, or brand marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environment.
A strong creative instinct with a preference for beautifully designed, memorable experiences.
Demonstrated ownership and operational excellence in managing vendors, budgets, logistics, and flawless execution.
Natural relationship builder with comfort in hosting founders, operators, and senior marketers.
Solid understanding of how events and community engagement can translate into tangible business impact.
