As a Community Manager & Consumer Care Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and facilitate proactive communication across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with customer needs and maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the monthly social media content calendar, serving as the key point of contact for client inquiries.
  • Publish the content plan, respond to comments and queries, and cultivate consumer relationships while identifying emerging trends.
  • Oversee social media and customer care channels, including email and phone interactions.
  • Promote selected content across social networks.
  • Participate actively in team meetings to provide project status updates and contribute to content creation.
  • Generate monthly performance reports for Social Media and Customer Care.
  • Research current trends in social media to inform content development for brands and clients.

  • Outgoing individual who enjoys customer service and fostering engagement.
  • Fluent in German (C2 level) and English.
