About the Role
As a Community & Social Media Operations Intern focused on the Japanese market, you will help enhance Flowith’s connection with local users and creators through impactful social media and community-building strategies. Collaborating closely with our growth team, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting localized content and nurturing an engaging community in Japan. This internship offers a pathway to a full-time position, providing a unique opportunity to grow with Flowith.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Operations
- Conduct social listening and offer insightful, data-driven recommendations (experience in web3, gaming, AI, or tech startups is highly advantageous).
- Assist in managing Flowith's Japanese social media channels, with potential to independently oversee one or more channels in the future.
- Work alongside the headquarters' content team to tailor global strategies and develop localized content specifically for the Japanese audience.
- Community Building
- Engage actively with Japanese users across platforms like WhatsApp, Line, Discord, and X.
- Organize and lead regular online and offline community events.
- Develop Japan-specific use cases and relay user feedback and insights to headquarters.
- Cross-functional Communication
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team while enjoying significant autonomy over the Japanese market.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on market performance, providing data-driven recommendations to headquarters for social media strategy enhancement.
