In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children, applying personalized behavior intervention strategies developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Utilizing proven, evidence-based techniques, you will teach essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and daily living activities while effectively managing challenging behaviors.
We are seeking passionate, patient, and compassionate individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed, regardless of your prior experience. This position can be physically demanding, so you should be comfortable with various movements including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
