Qualifications

Genuine passion for helping children with autism. Demonstrated patience, compassion, and ability to work collaboratively. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED is required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and undergo a Tuberculosis test (if not done within the last year). Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification post-onboarding. MD/VA Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of completing onboarding.
