Qualifications

Passionate about empowering children with autism. Exhibit patience, compassion, and a collaborative spirit. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test if not conducted in the last year. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various movements (sitting, bending, lifting, etc.). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification upon completion of onboarding.

Join our dedicated team as a Behavior Technician and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism. This role offers the chance to work directly with children, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

In this position, you will utilize evidence-based strategies to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively addressing challenging behaviors. Passion for helping children develop and thrive is a must, along with patience, empathy, and the ability to collaborate within a team.

No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you are fully equipped to support each child's journey. The role can be physically demanding, requiring comfort with standing, walking, sitting, and occasionally lifting or carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
