Qualifications

Strong passion for helping children with autism. Demonstrated patience and compassion, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Minimum age of 18 years. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, as well as a Tuberculosis test if not completed in the past year. Must pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various tasks (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Ability to lift and carry objects or children weighing up to 50 pounds. Registered Behavior Technician Certification is required within 45 days of completing onboarding.
