Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act.
- Implement care plans initiated by registered nurses.
- Document patient care accurately and promptly, consistent with care plans.
- Educate patients and their families/caregivers about diagnoses and care plans.
- Assist registered nurses and physicians with specialized procedures, ensuring proper technique and patient education.
- Coordinate home health services, effectively communicating identified needs to the appropriate professionals.
- Utilize equipment and supplies efficiently.
- Engage in personal and professional development.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by registered nurses.
