Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a genuine desire to help others. Previous experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar healthcare role is preferred. Certification as a Medical Assistant is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems will be advantageous.
