Qualifications
Requirements:A minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional setting. At least 2 years of experience in a remote work environment. Strong organizational, research, and administrative capabilities. Experience in managing calendars and scheduling across different time zones. Proficiency with Google Workspace (GSuite) tools such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, and Calendar. High emotional intelligence, maturity, and solid business acumen. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Comfort in seeking clarification from supervisors regarding expectations, deadlines, and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams). Preferred Qualifications:Licensed healthcare professional (RN, LVN, MA). Valid state licensure and capability to practice telehealth in designated regions. Prior experience in telemedicine, clinical practice, or patient care is highly desirable. Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to clearly explain medical terms to patients. Familiarity with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and digital communication tools. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote healthcare team. Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:
