Join our dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapy team as we strive to provide exceptional, individualized care for children aged from birth to 21 years. Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough evaluations to assess patients’ physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
- Create and execute tailored treatment plans aimed at promoting functional independence and achieving meaningful outcomes.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions, including activities of daily living (ADL) training, therapeutic activities, adaptive equipment recommendations, and environmental modifications.
- Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers regarding home programs, compensatory strategies, and safe equipment usage.
- Recommend specialized devices such as splints, mobility aids, or assistive technology and train patients in their use.
- Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, and interventions in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, physicians, and other professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Regularly reassess and modify treatment plans to maximize patient progress and success.
- Participate in continuing education and uphold ethical and professional standards of practice.
