Position Overview:
We are excited to find a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver tailored, in-home therapy for pediatric patients. In this role, you will engage with children and their families to facilitate communication, feeding, and language development goals through evidence-based, patient-centered interventions.
Our flexible scheduling options allow you to choose between part-time or full-time work, enabling you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.
Scheduling Options:
- Part-Time: Fewer than 24 visits per week
- Full-Time: 25+ visits per week

Exciting Sign-On Bonus:
Receive up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions, payable after 180 days of employment, based on qualifications:
- Full-Time SLP
- Expertise in Feeding
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Willingness to Supervise SLPAs
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute individualized speech-language treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough evaluations utilizing standardized and non-standardized assessments.
- Educate families on therapy objectives, home programs, and techniques for carrying over skills.
- Maintain timely and precise documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress.
- Collaborate in team meetings, care planning, and discharge processes.
- Stay abreast of best practices and professional standards in pediatric speech therapy.
