Qualifications

Genuine passion for assisting children with autism. Demonstrated patience, empathy, and teamwork abilities. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED is required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and undergo a Tuberculosis test (if not completed within the last year). Successful completion of a pre-employment background check. Capability to perform physical tasks including sitting, squatting, and bending. Able to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds. Registered Behavior Technician Certification must be acquired within 45 days of completing onboarding requirements.

As an RBT, you will engage in one-on-one interactions with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the expert supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will support the development of essential communication, social, and daily living skills while effectively managing challenging behaviors.

We seek individuals who are genuinely passionate about empowering children with autism to achieve their utmost potential. Patience, compassion, and teamwork are vital attributes for our ideal candidate. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring that you possess the skills necessary to assist each child, prior experience is not a prerequisite. This role requires a strong spirit, as working with children can be unpredictable and physically demanding. You will need to be comfortable with standing, walking, sitting, bending, and lifting, occasionally carrying children or items weighing up to 50 pounds.
