Registered Nurse – Home Health Visits
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Denver, CO (80222). What You'll Do
- Use comprehensive head-to-toe assessment skills to spot changes in patient conditions.
- Apply clinical experience in acute and post-acute care, including CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, and post-surgical recovery.
- Independently triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
- Handle medication reconciliation, provide patient education, and monitor safety.
- Perform wound assessments, deliver care, and document findings thoroughly.
