Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess:A Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business Administration, or a Diploma with relevant work experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience and subject matter expertise in Total Rewards/Sub-Total Rewards. Experience as a systems "super-user" is preferred, particularly with Workday. Strong analytical skills with experience in compensation and HRIS data analytics. Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to draft routine communications independently. Proficiency in end-to-end HR processes related to Total Rewards.

Responsibilities:

As a Compensation Specialist, you will lead and actively engage in the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive compensation plans and policies that align with our strategic business objectives. You will serve as a primary strategic advisor representing the Total Rewards team, particularly in acquisition integration efforts and the global rollout of the Workday HCM system.

This role reports directly to the Americas ASC Total Rewards Senior Manager, focusing on planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing Total Rewards service delivery to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will exercise discretion in decision-making and act as a subject matter expert in HR-managed policies within the Americas ASC Total Rewards framework.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Customer Interaction Center (CIC) by developing and refining call scripts and managing tier 2 inquiries.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the Center of Excellence (CoE) on all compensation-related matters, including base pay, incentives, and market pricing.
  • Overseeing data management and integrity in Workday, ensuring accurate compensation setup, approvals, and related communications.
  • Conducting annual pay reviews and generating analytics on performance and compensation metrics.
  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state compensation laws and regulations.
