Position Overview: As a pivotal member of our team, the Compensation Specialist will be instrumental in crafting, executing, and overseeing compensation programs designed to attract and retain top talent throughout the organization. This role requires a keen analysis of market data, strict adherence to global compensation regulations, and strategic insights into equity-based compensation models. Your expertise will not only fuel our company's growth and scalability but will also ensure a fair and competitive compensation framework within both domestic and international landscapes.
Responsibilities:
- Compensation Strategy & Design: Partner with leadership to develop and enhance compensation strategies that mirror company objectives, industry standards, and talent requirements. Guarantee that compensation packages remain competitive and equitable across the organization, both domestically and globally.
- Equity Compensation Management: Oversee the administration of the company's equity compensation programs, including stock options and RSUs, collaborating with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with tax and securities regulations.
- Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct ongoing salary benchmarking and market analysis to uphold competitive pay practices. Assess compensation trends, emerging practices, and geographical variations to refine and propose compensation strategies.
- Global Compensation & Compliance: Implement compensation programs for international teams, considering regional market trends, currency fluctuations, tax implications, and local compliance mandates. Ensure adherence to international labor laws, tax regulations, and DoD contracting standards.
- Compensation Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data analytics to generate insights and recommendations on compensation trends, program effectiveness, and employee retention. Regularly report to senior leadership regarding compensation expenditures, equity grants, and pay equity.
