Your Responsibilities
Support product compliance activities for new product introductions and ongoing programs, from initial requirements definition to certification, production readiness, and post-launch maintenance.
Demonstrate strong, hands-on expertise with UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and FCC standards and certification processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and external laboratories to review and approve pre-certification and certification plans.
Coordinate issue resolution to ensure timely completion of product certifications and report issuance.
Scrutinize product markings, labels, warnings, instruction manuals, declarations, and other compliance-sensitive content for accuracy and completeness.
Organize and maintain compliance records and technical documentation within PLM or related business systems in a systematic and auditable manner.
Evaluate the compliance implications of design changes, supplier modifications, and factory relocations to ensure adherence to standards.

Work Model
This Compliance Specialist position follows a hybrid schedule based in Boston, MA. Teams gather in the Boston office for two core days each week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, to collaborate in person. For the remaining days, employees have the option to work remotely or from the office, offering a mix of flexibility and face-to-face teamwork.
