Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the concrete crew on-site.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols among team members.
- Manage daily work schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor material usage and manage inventory for concrete operations.
- Provide expert guidance on concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess work quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to facilitate project progress and resolve any arising conflicts.
- Train new crew members on work procedures and expectations.
