The ideal candidate will possess:A valid Condominium Management General or Limited License is mandatory. Advanced knowledge of the Condominium Act. A minimum of 3 years of experience in condominium management.2 years of experience with Reciprocal and Shared Agreements. Strong skills in financial and budgetary management. Knowledge of insurance processes. Ability to foster positive resident and board relations. Competence in property inspection and understanding board meeting expectations. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, bylaws, and regulations.

Position Overview

We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Condominium Manager to enhance our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, overseeing daily operations, maintenance, administration, and financial management of the properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and manage projects and business operations effectively.
  • Handle project management, emergencies, and contractor engagement promptly.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, facilitate meetings (occasional evening meetings required), and ensure accurate minutes are recorded.
  • Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, expense analysis, and invoice management.
