Role Overview

Pyramida Construction and Design Company, part of Mitsis Group, seeks a Construction Engineer - Mechanical Engineer to join the team in Heraklion, Crete. This position focuses on the oversight and coordination of electromechanical works, ensuring all activities meet technical specifications, deadlines, and quality standards. The role works closely with project management, design, and technical teams to help realize the group’s strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities

Review electromechanical studies alongside architectural and structural plans. Prepare technical reports to confirm proper implementation.
Measure and draft work and material requirements. Coordinate with project management for economic evaluation, timely procurement, and scheduled execution.
Develop and communicate work plans at overall, monthly, weekly, and daily intervals. Align schedules with project management and partners for approval and execution.
Supervise on-site activities, coordinating labor and technical teams to ensure safe, timely, and effective task completion.
Maintain communication with project management, supervising partners, designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and collaborators to support project timelines and material flow.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed throughout construction.
Study and organize technical tasks necessary for project execution, including those not explicitly outlined in contract documents.
Prepare, document, and share technical records and project progress updates.
