Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate project activities, subcontractors, and teams in accordance with project timelines.
- Conduct market research for materials and assist in drafting cost estimates and technical proposals.
- Review project designs to identify and rectify errors or omissions in collaboration with the designer.
- Participate in the coordination of all project operations.
- Anticipate and resolve technical construction challenges.
- Monitor and participate in project cost control.
- Verify subcontractor certifications.
- Communicate effectively with public authorities and teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
