Key Responsibilities
As a Construction / Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to specifications
Effectively planning and scheduling works, resources, and labor
Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
Monitoring project budgets, costs, and progress
Ensuring adherence to health & safety regulations
Conducting site inspections and quality control
Liaising with clients, consultants, and senior management
Preparing reports, updates, and necessary documentation
Swiftly identifying and addressing issues
Driving project performance and fostering team accountability
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a Construction Manager or Project Manager
Strong background in construction or specialized trades
Possession of a full, clean driving license
Valid Safe Pass certification
Manual Handling certificate
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Capability to interpret drawings and technical documents
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
EU/EEA passport or valid right to work in Ireland
