Job Summary: As a Construction Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities within our subdivisions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each phase of the construction process is completed on time while maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction in alignment with company goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in budgeting time requirements for each construction phase, ensuring deadlines are met through effective scheduling of subcontractor work and deliveries.
  • Act as a liaison between operations, subcontractors, and vendors; supervise and monitor subcontractor work to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Conduct daily inspections of home productions during various construction phases to ensure quality control and compliance with specifications.
  • Review and analyze site plans and blueprints to ensure adherence to design requirements.
  • Facilitate pre-construction and pre-settlement meetings with home buyers, addressing any customer service issues and production challenges to enhance satisfaction.
  • Monitor production costs through the review and approval of time sheets and invoices, collaborating with team members to prevent cost overruns.
  • Implement training methods and standards for subordinates and subcontractors, enforcing safety and company policy compliance.
  • Supervise subordinate staff while assisting in the oversight of subcontractors, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Support special projects as needed and perform additional duties as required.
