We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple residential and commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Define project scope and objectives while involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
- Create a comprehensive work plan that identifies and sequences necessary activities for successful project completion.
- Assess and allocate the required resources and logistics, including time, budget, and equipment.
- Develop a project schedule that effectively allocates resources to activities.
- Review and revise project schedules with senior management and affected staff as necessary.
- Establish clear objectives and evaluation measures for project completion.
- Create documentation forms and records to track project activities.
- Set up organized files to ensure all project information is securely documented.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed for successful completion.
- Establish a communication schedule to keep stakeholders updated on project progress.
- Conduct regular quality reviews of completed work with the project team to ensure compliance with standards.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports for management and funders.
- Monitor all budgeted expenditures and cash flow projections, reporting variances to senior management regularly.
- Ensure all financial records are maintained accurately and up to date.
- Guarantee project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality level.
- Evaluate project outcomes based on established planning metrics and proactively identify and manage risks.
- Develop and implement a risk management and mitigation plan.
- Create project case studies that highlight successes and learning points at each milestone.
