The "Pyramida", the construction and design company of the Mitsis Group, is currently seeking a Construction Supervisor for the upgrade project at Mitsis Grand Hotel in Rhodes.

Objective:
The Construction Supervisor will organize, coordinate, and oversee daily operations at the construction site, acting as a critical link between project management, technical staff, and subcontractors. They will ensure that work is performed safely, expertly, and in accordance with quality specifications, within the project schedule and budget.

Responsibilities:

Organize and supervise the implementation of daily tasks on the construction site according to technical plans, project scheduling, and management directives.
Draft the work program and coordinate all participating parties.
Ensure the adequacy and proper use of resources, materials, equipment, and personnel.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and the use of personal protective equipment by all staff.
Quickly resolve any technical and organizational issues that arise at the construction site.
Guide and technically support teams for the correct execution of tasks.
Track progress and compile progress reports in collaboration with project management.
Update responsible engineers and management regarding the project's evolution.

Requirements:
