Qualifications
Required:Solid understanding of project management principles, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Exceptional service delivery to both internal and external stakeholders, coupled with strong communication and relationship-building skills. A degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field is preferred. Experience in asset management, whether in industry or consulting, particularly within the water/utilities or power sectors. Familiarity with asset-intensive sectors such as power, water, rail, government, or facilities. A proactive approach to networking and involvement in professional communities. Desirable (Not Essential):Experience in conducting asset management capability assessments and developing improvement strategies. Experience in executing multi-year transformational programs.

- Contributing to project execution by facilitating workshops, drafting insightful reports, and preparing compelling presentations, with guidance from senior colleagues.
- Assisting in business development by fostering relationships, supporting key initiatives, and identifying growth prospects.
- Implementing robust project management methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of multidisciplinary programs.
- Crafting and executing effective communication strategies tailored to client needs.
- Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand as required.
