Appian is looking for a Consultant with an active Top Secret Clearance to join the Customer Success team in McLean, Virginia. This team works with clients after the sale to deliver software solutions on the Appian platform, supporting digital transformation and helping organizations remain competitive.
What you will do
- Partner with clients throughout the project lifecycle to define, design, develop, and implement custom software and AI solutions using Appian.
- Coordinate with technical teams and business users to ensure solutions align with business processes and technical needs.
- Launch new relational data models in production and create APIs to integrate systems.
- Explore and implement AI use cases using Appian’s AI tools, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and generative models.
- Help clients build confidence in independently creating and managing process applications.
- Work in an agile environment, adapting to evolving requirements and shifting priorities.
Work location and culture
This role is based onsite at Appian headquarters in McLean, VA. In-person work is expected 4-5 days per week to support collaboration, learning, and building strong working relationships.
