As a Consulting Manager, you will be instrumental in steering clients through strategic initiatives that foster significant transformation in their businesses. You will oversee multidisciplinary projects from conception to execution, delivering structure, insights, and operational excellence throughout all engagements.

Process & Digital Acceleration:
- Crafting and executing systems and processes that enhance productivity and enable scalable growth.
Customer-Centric Growth & Organizational Enablement:
- Pinpointing and prioritizing customer and market opportunities (B2B and B2C) that yield financial impact while facilitating business strategies through human-centered design and organizational empowerment.
Data Connectivity & Intelligence:
- Utilizing data to gain a competitive edge through data architecture, system integrations, business dashboards, and AI-driven solutions.
In this role, you will function as both a trusted advisor and a proactive leader, translating strategies into actionable plans, fostering stakeholder alignment, and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead intricate client engagements or workstreams from initiation to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable results.
- Convert complex or ambiguous business challenges into actionable, insight-driven strategies through data analysis, process mapping, and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
- Direct operational improvement and transformation initiatives that align people, processes, and technology to achieve enduring results.
- Formulate business cases, KPIs, and performance measurement frameworks to evaluate impact and sustain performance.
