Proficient problem-solving skills, capable of addressing unstructured or ambiguous situations through logical methodologies. Demonstrable project management expertise. Direct experience in leading qualitative analyses that inform strategic decision-making. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior business leaders. Strong leadership and coaching capabilities, with experience in managing teams and projects. Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Must possess New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
