Our New Product Planning (NPP) teams play a crucial role in assisting life science companies in transforming innovative concepts into successful market-ready products by leveraging market insights, scientific knowledge, and strategic planning. We support clients throughout the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept validation to late-stage development, ensuring that their solutions address actual market needs across various therapeutic areas and modalities.
Role Overview
- Manage a portfolio of 2 to 5 projects of differing complexity based on your experience.
- Lead diverse project types typical at ClearView NPP and provide structure and guidance even in unfamiliar situations.
- Demonstrate excellent project management capabilities, including proactive issue identification, effective agenda design, and minimizing last-minute crises.
- Enhance the quality, clarity, and simplicity of team deliverables through clear direction, hypothesis-driven approaches, and impactful visuals.
- Engage collaboratively with leadership, offering early thought partnership and raising potential concerns related to client or team dynamics.
- Foster a positive team experience consistently.
- Commit to mentorship and high-quality coaching, both within the project and beyond.
- Act as an ambassador of ClearView's values.
- Contribute to the firm’s growth through internal initiatives and mentoring efforts.
