Our New Product Planning (NPP) teams are instrumental in transforming innovative concepts into market-ready products. We blend market intelligence, scientific acumen, and strategic planning to support our clients through every phase, from initial concept validation to late-stage development, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet real-world demands. Our expertise spans various therapeutic areas and modalities.

Role Overview

  • Manage 2 to 5 projects concurrently, with complexity tailored to your experience.
  • Lead diverse ClearView NPP project types, providing structure and clarity even in unfamiliar contexts.
  • Demonstrate outstanding project management by proactively addressing issues with leadership, designing impactful agendas, and maintaining team focus.
  • Enhance the quality and clarity of team outputs through early guidance, hypothesis-driven thinking, and effective storytelling.
  • Engage collaboratively with leadership to foster thought partnerships and raise potential concerns regarding client and team dynamics.
  • Facilitate a positive team experience consistently.
  • Invest in mentorship and coaching within and beyond project settings.
  • Exemplify ClearView's core values.
  • Contribute to firm growth through internal initiatives and mentorship efforts.
  • Drive impactful client meetings by challenging assumptions and providing valuable insights.
