Our Pricing and Market Access (P&MA) practice combines strategic consulting with extensive industry expertise to enhance both launch and long-term pricing strategies. We assist pharmaceutical, biotech, and medtech clients by aligning product objectives with market-specific evidence needs, payer expectations, and competitive challenges, ensuring successful global commercialization.
Role Overview
- Oversee 2 to 5 projects of varying complexities simultaneously, contingent on experience in the role.
- Lead a diverse range of typical ClearView P&MA project types, providing structure and order even in unfamiliar project contexts.
- Exhibit outstanding project management abilities, including early identification of issues, designing impactful agendas, and minimizing urgency-driven chaos within teams.
- Enhance the quality, clarity, and simplicity of team outputs by providing early direction, employing hypothesis-driven thinking, simplifying narratives, utilizing impactful visuals, and ensuring concise writing.
- Collaborate proactively with leadership to foster thought partnership, flagging potential concerns regarding client interactions or team dynamics.
- Consistently aim to create a positive experience for team members.
- Commit to mentoring both within and beyond project settings, emphasizing high-quality coaching.
- Serve as a role model for ClearView values.
- Demonstrate a positive influence on firm growth beyond project delivery through internal initiatives and mentorship.
