KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFacilitate the delivery of insight-driven analyses for client campaigns and new business pitches. Examine campaign performance and audience data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities. Assist in creating clear, engaging reports and presentations tailored for diverse audiences. Contribute to client-facing deliverables, gradually increasing your exposure over time. Participate in creative performance analysis to enhance messaging and engagement. Employ a variety of data sources, including social listening, search trends, and survey data, to develop a comprehensive understanding of audiences. Utilize tools like GWI, Pulsar, Glimpse, and BuzzSumo to investigate audience behavior. Support the creation and upkeep of ad-hoc insights dashboards.

We are in pursuit of a motivated and passionate Consumer Insights Analyst to enrich our Data & Insights team. This pivotal role involves delivering data-driven insights to our UK and US clients, empowering them to make informed decisions that refine their marketing and audience strategies.

This role transcends traditional technical or BI-focused analytics; it is fundamentally about consumer insights, audience behavior, and the art of storytelling.

In the capacity of a Consumer Insights Analyst, you will delve into audience and consumer data to extract significant insights and articulate them into engaging narratives for both internal teams and clients. Your contributions will have a direct impact on marketing strategies, creative direction, and campaign optimization.

A vital component of this position is to provide client-facing insights, ensuring clients grasp the effects of their digital marketing and audience engagement initiatives. You will take the lead in crafting insight-driven outputs and recommendations, enhancing media strategies through structured analysis.

Your responsibilities will include audience segmentation and behavioral analysis, assisting in the preparation and organization of data for analysis, and participating in a variety of insight projects.
