Join our dynamic team as a Content Analytics Strategist where your analytical skills will drive content performance insights for creators. Your primary focus will be on understanding what drives Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), identifying successful patterns, and transforming data into actionable strategies that enhance high-performing content while eliminating inefficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics across creators, content, and campaigns, including GMV, ROAS, CTR, hook rate, watch time, and conversion rates. Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time insights.
- Creator & Content Analysis: Identify top-performing content and creators, dissecting elements such as hooks, formats, messaging, and timing. Assess underperforming content to diagnose issues.
- Insight Generation & Strategy Support: Convert data into actionable insights for creative, influencer, and media buying teams, making clear recommendations for investment and content strategy adjustments.
- Testing & Optimization: Facilitate structured testing across content variations, measuring performance and ensuring documentation of learnings for application in future strategies.
- Playbook & Knowledge Building: Create and update performance playbooks based on successful content and creators, standardizing reporting and insight-sharing across teams.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, growth, or performance marketing in the DTC/ecommerce sector
- Deep understanding of content performance metrics tied to revenue (GMV, ROAS, CAC, etc.)
- Experience with short-form content performance analysis (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube)
