We are actively searching for a Content Lead to spearhead our content initiatives from conception to execution. This pivotal role merges strategic vision with hands-on creativity, empowering you to craft, publish, and refine our content.
Role Overview
As the Content Lead, you will define and direct AdalFi’s content strategy, establish a robust content framework, and provide the essential materials to engage customers, partners, and the broader market effectively. Your responsibilities will encompass both senior-level leadership, shaping narratives, setting best practices, and advising partners, and hands-on execution, writing, editing, and distributing exceptional content across various platforms.
This is a high-impact role that influences sales, marketing, product development, and external communications.
Key Responsibilities
● Content Strategy & Planning
○ Define and oversee AdalFi’s content roadmap, focusing on sales, marketing, and thought leadership.
○ Continuously identify content gaps and propose new initiatives based on market insights, competitor analysis, and business priorities.
○ Simplify complex fintech and credit-scoring concepts into engaging, accessible narratives.
● Sales Enablement Collateral
○ Develop and maintain impactful sales and marketing materials (one-pagers, product summaries, case studies, presentations).
○ Revamp existing content into formats that effectively support the sales and business development teams.
● Content Creation & Distribution
○ Create and publish high-quality long-form and short-form content across multiple channels (LinkedIn, website, blog, email, etc.).
○ Manage content distribution across platforms, ensuring maximum visibility, reach, and engagement.
○ Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity across all communications.
