Role overview
This role supports communication and content processes for both schools and internal teams. The assistant manages requests, coordinates between departments, and helps keep daily operations running smoothly.
What you will do
- Receive and process communication requests (OMDs) from schools using official channels
- Act as a point of contact between Channels and Editorial Content teams
- Assist with a range of operational and administrative tasks
- Track ongoing activities and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in São Paulo (SP) or Curitiba (CWB)
- Completed high school education; a degree in Administration, Production, or related areas is a plus
- Basic IT knowledge, especially with Google Workspace tools
- Clear oral and written communication
- Strong organizational skills for handling information and documents
- Experience updating spreadsheets, reports, and records
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience as an assistant or in administrative positions
- Understanding of process control, quality, or customer service
- Background in corporate or educational environments
- Comfort working with digital tools and basic automation
