Please note: This is a remote contractor position (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, invoiced monthly) based in either Mexico or India. Working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm EST; 2 pm to 11 pm (GMT+1).

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the workflow of content management (creation is not always required).
- Design print materials for events.
- Organize content across systems and the internal platform; perform audits for consistency.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand, legal, and formatting guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively with Nonprofit Supply and Events & Bookings teams.
- Track content versions, approvals, and deadlines diligently.
- Maintain comprehensive content libraries and documentation.
- Assist with editing needs and updates for experience pages.
- Review copy and content for errors, inconsistencies, or gaps prior to publication.
- Be a proactive and creative contributor, willing to adapt to undefined roles.
